Arrive into Kochi
Day 1

Arrive at Kochi airport where our represntative will meet you as you exit the arrival hall. He will assist you in boarding the vehicle and transferring to the hotel. Kochi is called "the queen of Arabian Sea" and has beautiful backwater. In the evening proceed for a Kathakali Dance Performance Overnight at hotel of stay.







Cochin – Munnar
(150 kms/ approx 4 hours drive)
Day 2

After an early breakfast proceed to visit the Fort Cochin area and visit the Dutch Palace, St. Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue and see the Chinese Fishing Nets. The Mattancherry Palace is a Portuguese palace popularly known as the Dutch Palace.It features Kerala murals depicting Hindu temple art, portraits and exhibits of the Rajas of Kochi. The world-renowned Jewish Synagogue, first built in 1568 and reconstructed in part and enlarged over the years, can be found in the Mattancherry area of Kochi. The road that it was built on came to be known as Jew Street or Synagogue Lane, and the surrounding neighborhood as Jew Town. The synagogue, today, is the only functioning one in Kerala. The diverse influx of Jews to Mattancherry led to its designation as the Pardesi, or Foreigners Synagogue. St. Francis Church, in Fort Kochi originally built in 1503, is the oldest European church in India and has great historical significance as a mute witness to the European colonial struggle in the subcontinent. After the Fort Kochi visit, drive to the beautiful hillstation of Munnar. Enroute see and enjoy beautiful streams, small water falls, rubber, pepper, cardamom and tea plantations and thick forests throughout the journey, God has blessed his own country with incomparable beauty - to have everlasting memory of your days in Kerala. On arrival at Munnar check into Hotel. Overnight at hotel of stay.




In Munnar
Day 3

After breakfast, start the sightseeing trip of Munnar which is a nature lover`s paradise with endless tea gardens and lakes. Visit Mattupetty Lake, Rajamalai, Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary, famous for Nilgiri Tahr, and tea gardens . Overnight at hotel of stay.








Munnar– Thekkady
(110 kms)
Day 4

Have breakfast in the hotel and then drive to Thekkady through panoramic western ghat hills covered with spice plantations and occasional view of water falls and streams. Throughout this journey you can enjoy different types of spice plantations like cardamom, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, clove etc. On arrival at Thekkady check into hotel. Later in the day visit the Periyar lake and sanctuary. You may get a chance to see different types of wild animals while boating. Also visit the Kumilly Spice market for very good spices. Overnight at hotel of stay.






Thekkady – Kumarakom
(120 kms / approx 3 hours drive)
Day 5

After breakfast drive to Kumarakom . You will be passing through beautiful rubber and tea plantations. On arrival at Kumarakom visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary ( famous for migratory and local birds ) and later check into the Houseboat

Houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters Rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals. Your lunch, evening tea / coffee with snacks and dinner will be cooked and served onboard. Enjoy your evening on the sundeck away from polluted cities and maddening crowd. Only disturbance will be twinkle of a shining star or diving of a fish.
Overnight stay in the House Boat.




Alleppey – Kovalam
( 150 kms )
Day 6

Morning at leisure on House Boat, experience the pollution free air and after breakfast check out from houseboat at Alleppey and drive to Kovalam. This journey is through coastal areas with coconut trees and view of lagoons and palm fringed Arabian sea. On arrival at Kovalam check into Hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the beach at Kovalam. Enjoy the scene of Arabian waves embracing virgin sands in Kerala -God`s own country. Overnight at hotel of stay.






Day Excursion to Kanyakumari
(85 kms )
Day 7

After an early breakfast, proceed for a full day excursion to Kanyakumari . Visit the Vivekananda Rock, various temples and churches and walk along the seaside promenade. Return to Kovalam in the evening. Overnight at hotel of stay.








Kovalam – Trivandrum (Departure)
Day 8

Breakfast in the hotel and later we transfer you from the Hotel to the Trivandrum airport to connect your flight for the onward journey
